Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Delivery charges
- Free UK delivery on orders of £50 or more.
- £4.99 standard delivery on orders under £50.
Delivery times
- Order processing: 1–3 working days.
- Delivery: usually 7–15 working days after dispatch.
Our products are sent to you directly from our fulfilment partners, which is why delivery takes longer than next-day retailers. We'll email your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Extra charges
The price you pay at checkout is the total price. If a courier ever asks you for an additional charge to release your parcel, please contact us before paying and we'll deal with it.
Late or missing parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 working days of ordering, email hello@thezoomieco.co.uk and we'll track it down. If it's lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. We can only change the address before your order is dispatched.
