1. About us This website is run by The Zoomie Co., a trading name of Douglas Adams, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Address: 4 Reservoir Close, Greenhithe, DA9 9BX, United Kingdom. Email: hello@thezoomieco.co.uk. We are not VAT-registered.

2. Using our products Our products are pet accessories and toys. Please follow any instructions supplied, choose the right size for your pet, supervise your pet during play and remove any item that becomes damaged. Product images are for illustration; colours and finishes may vary slightly.

3. Prices and payment Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. If we make an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you and you can either confirm the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Your order When you place an order you'll receive an email acknowledging it. This is not an acceptance. A contract between us is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, in which case we'll refund you in full.

5. Delivery Delivery areas, costs and times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they're delivered to the address you gave us.

6. Cancellations, returns and your rights You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, as explained in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7. Our responsibility to you If we fail to comply with these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

8. Your personal information We only use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Complaints If you have a problem, email hello@thezoomieco.co.uk or write to the address above. We aim to reply within 2 working days.

10. Law These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.

11. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
